Nigel's first appearance for the group was as Captain Brice in Arcadia in 2003. In the 2004 Elmbridge Festival he was nominated for Best Supporting Player as Sholto in Touching Tomorrow and received a similar nomination the following year for his role in States of Shock. He made am amusingly quirky Scanlon, one of the inmates in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
