Helen made a strong impression in her debut RDG performance as Nickie in Sweet Charity in 2002. In strong contrast she then played the marriage- wrecking Kate in Passion Play with great skill. After a year away in Australia Helen returned just in time to appear as a showgirl in Copacabana She followed this with her physical role in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest - great contrast to her role as Gloria in the popular twenties musical Thoroughly Modern Millie in 2006.
