205th Production. RDG are proud to bring you a brand new version of this traditional Dickens ghost story that stays true to the original tale, yet adds humour, song, puppetry and dance.
Join Scrooge as he flies over London to revisit his past, meeting old acquaintances including Mrs Cratchit, who is worried that her Christmas pudding might have a soggy bottom, where the fiddler arrives late because there's the wrong kind of snow on the trainline, then back to the present day where he buys the biggest turkey in the shop - and yes, size is important!
The production takes all your favourite Christmas Carols and adds new lyrics to them. It also poses a number of questions: Why is the Ghost of Christmas Present surrounded by a mountain of food (and why is there nothing for vegans)? Why do the Spirits require Scrooge to complete a Customer Satisfaction survey? and Why is Scrooge buried in a glass coffin - remains to be seen!
The show is sure to get you in the true Christmas spirit - and not a humbug in sight!
