In the end, there was two awards for RDG at Spelthorne Festival - The Mary FitzHugh Award for Comedy for the hilarious eating/farting/burping scene and The Adjudicator's Award for Nancy Lund's performance which the adjudicator said 'had such an impact on me'.

There were a total of twelve nominations for awards : at Woking for Ian Santry on Sound, for the new Janis Brokis Award for Best Use of Costume, for Simon Waller on Lighting and acting nominations for Nancy Lund (Best Supporting Actress) and Neil James and Nick Lund (Best Supporting Actor). At Spelthorne there were a further six nominations - Neil James (Best Actor), Nancy Lund (Best Actress), Nick Lund (Best Supporting Player), Stage Presentation and Technical Merit and the Jean Augur Memorial Cup for the Most Promising Youth Player (Maxfield Usher).
