Julia Stevens joined the group in 2015 when she was cast as an obsessional bird-watcher in Seven Year Twitch. The following year she appeared in our spirited production of The Beggar's Opera. In strong contrast Julia went on to play the careworn wife in our powerful production of The Passion of Jerome. In 2022 Julia married Chris Butterfield
In 2023 Julia appeared in several roles as the townspeople in our exuberant production of Under Milk Wood following which she appeared as the carer in our emotional performance of The Father. The following year she played Bertha in our stylish production on Ibsen's classic Hedda Gabler In Kafka's Dick she played Kafka's browbeaten mother.
