A+E
by Lottie Finklaire
A+E had 2 performances about 8 years ago (between the 7th of October 2016 and the 19th of October 2016) at Riverside Arts Centre and Rhoda McGaw Theatre
"Robyn fell, now we're here. That's the facts" At the end of a long party three girls wait in A + E for answers, time ticking by and questions spilling out. Two people meet in a wasteland, sharing thoughts that no one else understands. One will fall in love, one will just fall. Or jump.
Director Nancy Lund saw this new play at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August 2015. Described by a reviewer as a "well-executed and insightful take on the pressures of youth", Nancy thought it would be an excellent play for RDG Youth to perform.
This is the third year RDG Youth have entered Woking and Spelthorne & Runnymede Drama Festivals, winning many trophies along the way with The Spasm in 2014 and Loose Connections in 2015.
