Philip Audaer

26 appearances in RDG productions

One of our most versatile actors Philip has given some memorable performances over the past 15 years. It all began in 1987 when, at the last minute, he stepped in to replace an actor who had dropped out of the cast of Pack of Lies .

Notable performances since have included Capt. Scott in Terra Nova, Drummond in Inherit the Wind, Guy Jones in Chorus of Disapproval, A and Douglas in Man of the Moment.

At festivals he has received high praise for his performances in our award-winning productions of The Long and the Short and the Tall , Lone Star and Someone Who'll Watch Over Me.

Philip was in Fragments cast which won the English Final in 1993 and later that year won the Best Actor Award - along with Keith Bollands for his 'Oliver Hardy' in Another Fine Mess.

In 1992 Philip's production of White Liars won the Woking Drama Festival and went on to play at the All-Winners Festival at Portcawl.

Philip scored a great hit as Daniel in My Night With Reg in July 2002 and more recently futher displayed his comic versality as Nick in Dead Funny.

Crowning these achievements was his stunning performance as Randle P McMurphy the central catalyst in the remarkable production of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Most recenty he appeared in Not A Game For Boys.

After a space of 17 years we were delighted when Philip returned to group for The Seafarer where he played the kind-hearted lost soul, Ivan.
